This pleading focuses only on restatement of facts (and no complaints about prior decisions) that if considered will result in decisions that really are in the best interest of Ezekiel Zadkiel Brown and Arriyel Roxanne Brown which is to be returned to their authentic nurturers, guardians and educators, Lorraine Grinage, Willie Brownson and Roxanne Grinage.

COMES NOW, WILLIE BROWNSON AND ROXANNE GRINAGE MATERNAL GRAND FATHER AND GRAND MOTHER OF EZEKIEL ZADKIEL BROWN (AGE 3 ¾) AND ARRIYEL ROXANNE BROWN (age 1 ¾) and respectfully resubmit for consideration at scheduled June 17, 2010 Rule To Show Cause Hearing only those facts and evidence which demonstrate Erick Lee Brown's six year history known to us of perjury, violence, auto theft, scams; child endangerment, child abuse, child abandonment and child injuries always caused by Erick Brown's con artist mentality to steal from his employers, his own parents and in laws; Pennsylvania and Georgia child support enforcement; Internal Revenue Service;  Social Security Disability Income Welfare; City of Philadelphia Department of Human Services; City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and U.S. Department of Treasury Concealment of Self Employment Earnings; Philadelphia Family Court; Philadelphia Orphan's Court (Bigamy) and Georgia Superior Court (Perjury Marriage Annulment).

Willie Brownson and Roxanne Grinage and Lorraine Grinage are grateful for June 17, 2010 Rule To Show Cause Hearing where Erick Brown has been ordered by Honorable Kevin M. Dougherty to appear before Master Williams and show cause why Lorraine Grinage should not have primary custody of her children for at least six months and Erick Brown should have supervised visits so that Erick Brown Saundra Sullivan and Diane Kearney abused/injured children, Ezekiel and Arriyel Brown can begin healing from the mental cruelty, post traumatic stress disorder, parent alienation syndrome; verbal violence, hitting, manhandling, constant threats to "whup dat ass" and 9 to 10 hour days in a day care facility where neither Erick Brown nor Saundra Sullivan had any legal right in any prior custody order to place Ezekiel and Arriyel into and which Saundra Sullivan and Erick Brown did only because they want to hold on to Ezekiel and Arriyel "on paper" for the sake of current or eventual DHS foster contractor incentive, IRS adoption credit, IRS Earned Income Credit while Lorraine's children are destroyed exposed daily to the animal-like behaving baseball bat wielding mob that we saw on June 8, 2010 approximately 45 minutes after Lorraine Grinage performed witnessed videoed lawful service of Honorable Kevin M. Dougherty's Order for Erick Brown to appear at June 17, 2010 Rule To Show Cause Hearing. 

Erick Brown, Saundra Sullivan her mother and DHS foster parent Diane Kearney, brought Ezekiel and Arriyel into the middle of Erick Brown's, Saundra Sullivan's and Diane Kearney's and three unidentified men with baseball bats flash mob attack of our landlords' home, Erick Brown's aggravated assault beating of Willie Brownson; Diane Kearney's assault of Roxanne Grinage and Saundra Sullivan's baseball bat attack of Lorraine Grinage in riotous conditions with no fear of any consequences because Saundra Sullivan proclaims often "I don't have anything to worry about, I know people who work for the City..."

FACTUAL BACKGROUND

Masters Unit, Philadelphia Family Court is made aware through lawful filings starting 07/20/2009 and joined by Lorraine Grinage 08/04/2009 of facts pertaining to the interest of children as follows

07/20/09.   Roxanne Grinage and Willie Brownson stamp filed page Complaint For Custody opened DR NO. 0C0705124 and provided Sworn Statements and Proofs of Plaintiffs Grandparents Roxanne Grinage and Willie Brownson I. Proofs of Addresses Exhibit A (3 Pages).  "Roxanne Grinage and Willie Brownson are the grandparents of Ezekiel Z. Browns (DOB 09/__/06) and Arriyel R. Brown (DOB 07/__/09), who have resided with the grandparents and have been cared for and supported by the grandparents all of their three years and one year lives.  The following proofs are attached.  Both parents Lorraine Grinage and Erick Brown and both grandparents of both Ezekiel and Arriyel have resided at the same addresses during both pregnancies and lives of the children.  Copies (2 pages) of Pennsylvania State Identification Cards/Updates and Georgia State Driver's licenses and Pennsylvania Driver Licenses are attached for Lorraine Grinage; Erick L. 07/20/09.  Willie Brownson and Roxanne Grinage verified that statements made in this petition are true and correct and signed "I understand that false statement herein are made subject to the penalties of PA. C.S.A. Section 4904 relating to unsworn falsification to authorities and showed proofs labeled Exhibits A, B, C, D, E, F, F, G and H total 47 pages of why the following reliefs were prayed for by Grandparents Willie Brownson and Roxanne Grinage:  a. Ezekiel and Arriyel Brown returned to children's familiar home to be reunited with the children's familiar toys, books, clothes, beds, nutritious meals, learning to read, walk, talk, poddy training, PBS, Sesame Street and National Geographic online activities and tutorials, and stability...Please give grandparents' permission to ask police to help retrieve the children from the father's girlfriend's house.  ORDER SAUNDRA SULLIVAN STAY AWAY FROM EZEKIEL AND ARRIYEL BROWN, SAUNDRA SULLIVAN HAS CRIMINAL INTENTIONS REGARDING LORRAINE and ERICK BROWN'S CHILDREN, EZEKIEL AND ARRIYEL BROWN.  Plaintiff Grandparents have reason to believe that:  (1) Philadelphia Civil Dockets show multiple car accidents where Plaintiff Saundra Sullivan (with her mother Diane Kearney) settles out of court after minor child has been injured - Saundra Sullivan continues to drive Ezekiel and Arriyel in her vehicle with and without either parent while supposedly being completely hearing disabled, collecting full social security disability for hearing disability.  Three (3) Civil Cases Auto Accident in 2002 and 2007 where Saundra Sullivan sued and settled where her minor aged daughter was injured and details of Accident Reports in 2002 and 2007 show she was hit because of her inability to hear.  (2) Saundra Sullivan is defrauding Social Security Disability, earning money by assisting Erick Brown in his illegal repairs of cars on the street and at her house while collecting Social Security Disability for Hearing Disability; and (3) Saundra Sullivan announces pool parties at her house for neighborhood children when she is supposedly hearing disabled.  Erick Brown is deaf in his left ear from a childhood injury.  Saundra Sullivan is supposedly hearing disabled in both ears.  Please ORDER SAUNDRA SULLIVAN, (Father's girlfriend) to STAY AWAY FROM BABIES EZEKIEL AND ARRIYEL BROWN FOR A PERIOF OF A LEAST 18 MONTHS OR AS LONG AS THE COURT WILL ALLOW.

Exhibit B, Pages 10, 11 and 12.  December 16, 2007 Sworn Affidavit of Roxanne Grinage Sworn Affidavit of Lorraine Grinage Witness signed Willie Brownson "Witnessed Crimes of Erick Lee Brown Request Sheriff's Office Keep on File; Filed with Sheriffs Herrod, Georgia; Sasser, Georgia; Dawson, Georgia; Atlanta, Georgia; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania"; attached hereto.  Content excerpt below:

"I, Roxanne Grinage, Sasser City approved business license hold for Pennsylvania and US Department of Treasury registered internet company, www.HireLyrics.org, residing at 196 W. Main Street, Sasser, Georgia, 29885, have observed chronic and repeated criminal acts by Erick Brown against his children, spouse and myself resulting in loss of quality of life for Erick Brown's family members and unnecessary financial burden on public assistance and child support services in Philadelphia and now, at the date of this affidavit, Terrell County Georgia.  Crimes Witnessed Described To the Best of My Ability:  Two (2) Counts Child Abandonment; Ezekiel Z Brown and 2 months in utero medical confirmed December 10, 2007 (Lorraine was pregnant with Arriyel).  One (1) Count Spouse Abandonment (this grew to be multiple abandonments):  Erick Brown is a well-paid certified mechanic.  Mr. Brown has abandoned his family again, failing to pay overdue rent and telephone charges, resulting in the insecurity of his family's place to live and risk to health of his infant son and high-risk pregnant spouse who will be deprived a dial tone and could suffer harm if not able to call for help in a medical emergency.  Further Erick Brown will not purchase food or diapers or any of the basic needs for his family.  Basic needs, including gas for Erick Brown to travel to and from work in Albany, Georgia, have been provided by his mother, father and myself as Erick constantly claims he is bringing home a big paycheck that simply doesn't arrive.  At Least One (1) Count DUI with an Infant In The Vehicle.  Erick Brown recently satisfied fine and class requirements to have his previously revoked due to DUI license restored. [Erick Brown accepted an employer's Albany General Tires, Inc. offer to pay for State required DUI classes to restore DUI revoked driver license in exchange for Erick Brown driving the delivery and tow trucks for the Auto Report Albany General Tires employer.  As soon as Erick's employer acted in good faith and paid for the classes and as soon as Erick received his restored drivers license, Erick Brown bragged to his family that he waited to get his paycheck so his employer could not deduct for the cost of the DUI classes and Erick went to lunch and simply did not return to work for the employer.  Erick Brown later complained that his former General Tires employer "disrespected" him by confronting him about the money Erick owed for the DUI classes when the former employer walked into an auto parts place in Albany Georgia where Erick Brown was using the restored drivers license to deliver auto parts.]  He [Erick Brown] has been drinking alcohol most evenings after traveling from Albany to Sasser, and then suggests taking his 14 month old son to see his alcohol using Father and Step Mother at night along the back roads leading to Herrod where he shares alcohol with his drinking Father and Step Mother and then drives home with the baby in the car.  I believe Erick has driven under the influence at least once since regaining his license, previously lost to DUI.  Two (2) Counts Theft of Community Property and Abuse of Services.  1 Count in Georgia 12/15/2007 Wife, Lorraine Grinage has to apply for public assistance and child support order likely); 2 Counts in Pennsylvania 11/2006 Child Support Order May Exist [from where Lorraine received medical care services through public assistance and took Ezekiel to routine doctor's visits contrary to perjury statements of CHOP social worker Patricia Lee Erick's defense counsel's witness at August 14, 2009 Rule To Show Cause Hearing.  Erick was not the one arranging for the children's care and bringing the children to medical appointments before April 16, 2009.  Prior to April 16, 2009, Erick Brown was missing from Lorraine and the kids lives more than he was present.]  Three (3) Counts Confidence Scam.  Since my arrival in Georgia, 09/22/2007, I have spent approximately $2,000.00 [grew to over $18,000.00 including Erick Brown's rent, water, electric, car insurance, prenatal care clinic costs, costs of Ezekiel to see Pediatrician treated for cat scratch disease; replacing money stolen from Lorraine Grinage that she was paid by Roxanne Grinage dba HireLyrics Administrative Services... all extended in good faith each time Erick Brown swore up and down to Roxanne Grinage, his mother Pamela Kendrick, his mother's church elders/board Church of Christ at River Road; where Erick and Lorraine were married August 3, 2007; that he wanted to get clean and stay clean and Erick would participate in going to 12 step recovery meetings or talking on the phone with Church elders until his bills were paid by someone else and invariably would disappear for at least three days on pay day returning each and every time broke with a story about how his employer did not pay him.]  buying food, paying for utilities and expenses that are the responsibilities of Erick Brown, while he constantly has one more big project, plan or money making opportunity - while he walks off of one job on W Dawson Road to work at another job where week after week he claims not to have been paid.  Erick Brown chronically uses his relatives to pay his bills promising to pay us back after completed supposed "side" mechanic jobs and from his full time employment.  When it comes time to repay his relatives, he always has dramatic story of how employer didn't get his hours right, or employer did not come in to pay him, or customer refused to pay him.  While Erick Brown claims to not have any money, he is observed using alcohol and marijuana.  I have witnessed him say when being challenged by his wife as to how the bills were going to get paid...."No problem, I will borrow money from one of my dealer friends."  When his wife became alarmed and stated, "Why would you endanger us like that...what if you can't pay it back?...." He continued with his flamboyant stories about how big his next week's pay is going to be.  When Erick returned from abandoning his family with his whole pay check and had sold his mechanic's tools valued at more than $4,000.000 last year in Philadelphia, he was living in my home and I insisted that he enter a treatment facility for the disease of addiction.  Erick enrolled in an outpatient program but did not attend the program.  Drug related associates who claim Erick owed them huge sums of money were calling the house and could have harmed his family if they so desired.  Erick continued his back and forth drug and alcohol binging, never having any money after working job after job and eventually brought his wife (my daughter) and his son (my grandson) to where he was raised and where his parents are, Albany and Herrod/Dawson."  [end excerpt].

07/20/09.  Exhibit B Pages 14, 15 and 16; Special Durable Power of Attorney Appoint Guardians of Persons and Estates of Minor Children and Living Will of Lorraine C. Grinage (notarized) March 22, 2008  Erick Brown's violence and reckless involvement with drug dealers drug debts and addiction behaviors caused Lorraine to try and protect her children by swearing the following in the presence of a Notary and witnessed by Ezekiel and Arriyel's Grandfather and Grandmother, signed Lorraine Grinage, Roxanne Grinage and Willie Brownson:  attached hereto content excerpt below:  TO ALL PERSONS, be it known that I, Lorraine C. Grinage do hereby make and grant a Special Durable Power of Attorney, appointing Guardians of the Persons and Estates of my minor children, Ezekiel Z. Brown, Date of Birth September, 22, 2006 and baby daughter I am 6 months pregnant with and expected to deliver on or about July 25, 2008, [baby daughter is now Arriyel Roxanne Brown born September 22, 2008], to Roxanne Grinage (my mother and my children's maternal grandmother) and Willie L. Brownson (my father and the childrens' maternal grandfather), telephone 229-395-0039....I FEAR FOR MY LIFE AND SAFETY OF MY CHILDREN due to Erick L.Brown's, the biological father of both children< four-year and increasingly violent drug addicted conducts.  (a) * called Terrell County deputies to my home approximately 3 months ago and reported that Erick Brown was threatening to shoot me with one of his father's shotguns after running off with his pay from one of his many jobs.  I regret that I did not follow with the advice of the Terrell County Deputes and file for an order of protection at that time.  Erick Brown was stopped for speeding, detained by Dougherty County Police and verbally, I was told by the police, he has a warrant for his arrest in the Atlanta area, but he was released and his mother is holding the paperwork that identifies that warrant.  There is one case of child support in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he abandoned his infant son, Ezekiel and I was on welfare, before relocating to Sasser, Georgia as Erick worked and walked off of no less than 6 jobs since our coming to Sasser, Georgia last July 2007.  My mother and father, Roxanne Grinage and Willie Brownson came to Georgia, and have receipts and proofs that they have been paying for all of Erick Brown's responsibilities while trying to convince Erick to go into treatment for drug addiction.  On Saturday, March 22, 2008 approximately 33:30 a.m. Erick Brown robbed me and the children of $525.00, an amount we were saving for our next month's rent payment.  This the fourth time Erick Brown has stolen money from me, my mother and my father.  LONG-TERM ACTIVE ADDICT biological father, Erick brown, THREATENS TO KIDNAP INFANT AND TODDLER CHILDRENA ND CLAIMS HE WILL "DISAPPEAR WITH THE KIDS IN ATLANTA" WHERE THERE IS CURRENTLY A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST, CHARGE:  CRIMINAL TRESPASSING.  (a) I am reporting and proving the thefts to the police; (b) I will follow through with seeking ORDER OF PROTECTION against Erick Brown on behalf of myself and my children; (c) I am continuing with school; (d) I expect to be increasingly incapacitated as I move closer to giving birth to my daughter; (e) I believe my children will be safe with the maternal grandparents; [end excerpt full three pages attached hereto Exhibit B Pages 14, 15 and 16 filed with 07/20/10 Custody Complaint of Willie Brownson and Roxanne Grinage and joined by Lorraine Grinage against Erick Brown on August 4, 2009.]

08/05/2009.  Temporary Protection From Abuse Order, Plaintiff Lorraine C. Grinage v. Erick L. Brown.  Saundra Sullivan's brazen statements about not having to care about anything she does to anyone because "I know people who work for the City...." were being acted out by Saundra Sullivan and Erick Brown brazenly since the beginning of our attempts to rescue Ezekiel and Arriyel from being taken into the danger ridden over crowded get high parties home of Saundra Sullivan.  Lorraine Grinage's Temporary Order of Protection which detailed Saundra Sullivan swerving to threaten to hit Lorraine with her Ford Bronco when Erick and Lorraine were talking too long in Saundra Sullivan's view is attached hereto and was also disregarded by Fern Brown Caplan, Esquire presided August 14, 2009 Rule To Show Cause Hearing.  Four pages.

08/19/2009.  Fern Brown Caplan recommended August 17, 2009 Order to Honorable Lisette Shirdan-Harris before receiving Erick Brown's defense Counsel's August 19, 2010 late submitted August 12^th Positive for Cocaine and Meth drug tests.  August 19, 2009 Letter of Timothy E. Possenti, Esquire to Fern Brown Caplan, Esquire saying it's perfectly okay to let Ezekiel and Arriyel be endangered for six months or so awaiting to see what happens at the then scheduled June 25, 2010 hearing before Honorable Elizabeth Jackson that never happened; all the while submitted positive for drug test for Erick Brown.  The Police Sergeant who came to our home on October 8, 2009 with DHS IMMD Social Worker Jacinta Garrison offered to decipher the levels reported in the positive drug test and reported Erick Brown's drug test was positive with high levels of "everything but marijuana", i.e., cocaine, crack cocaine and meth.  Erick Brown's Defense Counsel's letter to Custody Master Fern Brown Caplan, Esquire and drug test results of V. Richard Roeder, Ph.D., 211 N. Monroe Street, 2^nd Floor, Media Pa 19063 are attached next two pages.

08/17/2009 Order recommended by Custody Master Fern Brown Caplan, Esquire canceled 11/23/09 hearing which would have considered 47 pages Exhibit A through H of Willie Brownson, Roxanne Grinage and Lorraine Grinage joined Custody Complaint against Erick L. Brown; stated "This is a temporary order, without prejudice to any party, pending hearing as set forth above" which was scheduled on January 25, 2010 before Elizabeth Jackson to review one issue and one issue only - whether Lorraine Grinage had acquired "suitable housing".  Roxanne Grinage's Willie Brownson and Lorraine Grinage's work to protect Ezekiel and Arriyel from the abuse and injuries sustained in the household of Saundra Sullivan by Erick Brown; Saundra Sullivan, her mother and DHS foster mother Diane Kearney, Saundra Sullivan's adolescent son; Saundra Sullivan's adult daughter and friends who Saundra Sullivan lied to Custody Master Fern Brown Caplan saying she had moved out of the house and the ten to 12 member groups of adults who are now surveyed as gathering to have get high parties with children being put outside to play unattended or witnessed in the same room with adults getting high - resulted in the administration of this Custody Matter by Philadelphia Family Court becoming convoluted and non-applicable to the best interests of children, families, business and community.  August 17, 2009 Order attached.

07/20/09.  Exhibit G Pages 1 through 6.  July 7, 2009 Parent Locate Questionnaire, Plaintiff Name: Lorraine C. Grinage; Defendant Name: Erick L. Brown; Defendant Member ID:  5765101786; PACSES Case Number: 679108935.  Philadelphia Family Court and Masters Unit were made aware since July 20, 2009 that Erick Brown goes to any length to side step his child support responsibilities.  His having met Saundra Sullivan less than thirty days before he moved in with her because Roxanne Grinage and Lorraine Grinage confronted him again about his latest drug and alcohol relapse on July 4, 2009.  Saundra Sullivan met Erick when he repaired her car in a lot near he was working in North Philadelphia.  During the past months we have had to learn all we could about the woman who financially motivated to lie and who is helping to destroy Lorraine's children and our grandchildren, we learned that Erick Brown has met his partner in crime predisposed to all the fraud crimes now proven to have been committed by Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan, including Aggravated Assaults upon in minors while in the commission of Perjury, Bigamy, Social Security Disability Fraud, Concealment of Self Employment Earnings, Identity Theft, Child Support Enforcement Fraud, and now, on June 8, 2010 six member baseball bat wielding flash mob home invasion aggravated assault and children endangerment in retaliation for being served lawfully with Kevin Dougherty's Order June 17, 2010 Rule To Show Cause.    Seven Pages Parent Locator Questionnaire PACSES CASE NUMBER: 679108935 attached.

JOINT CHECKING ACCOUNT OF LORRAINE GRINAGE AND ERICK BROWN WIPED OUT BY ERICK BROWN DAY AFTER HE MOVED OUT OF ROXANNE GRINAGE'S HOME AND IN WITH SAUNDRA O. SULLIVAN WHOM HE KNEW LESS THAN 30 DAYS AND AFTER ROXANNE GRINAGE CONFRONTED ERICK BROWN ABOUT HIS LATEST DRINKING AND DRUG BINGE.

Copy (1 page) of Joint Checking Account mail addressed to Erick L. Brown and Lorraine Grinage, received at address of Grandparents, week of July 6^th, regarding Joint Online Checking Account of Erick L. Brown and Lorraine Grinage, used to receive via direct deposit both their 2008 tax refunds.  Erick L. Brown  made daily deposits upon his release from Clayton County GA jail April 16^th, until he withdrew all the money in the joint checking account 07/4 and 07/5, when he moved in with a girlfriend and her older children, Saundra Sullivan, 972 Anchor Street, Phila., Pa.  19124, when grandparents confronted Erick Brown about his drug and alcohol use and his leaving Ezekiel (3 yrs) and Arriyel (1 yr) with new girl friend and her older children from Noon to 10:30 PM on the day both Ezekiel and Arriyel had received immunizations at Children's hospital and needed to be watched for fevers, and reactions.  Grandparents' Pennsylvania Driver Licenses are photocopied with the checking account envelopes.    AND EXHIBIT A (3 pages).

2.                  11/30/08, Lorraine fled Atlanta, Georgia when Erick Brown's drug use became so flagrant he refused to buy food or pay rent and brought and used cocaine into the home with the kids.  Lorraine called grandparents while we were in New York dealing with death of Roxanne's father and told grandparents that toddler Ezekiel had brought her a straw used by Erick to snort cocaine and she was terrified because she did not know whether toddler Ezekiel had ingested any cocaine.  Erick Brown, the father, was arrested in Georgia shortly after putting Lorraine and his kids on a Greyhound bus to Philadelphia, Pa. 11/30/08.

Dear Mr. Williams:     

            I want to press Criminal Assault Charges against Erick Brown for Aggravated Assault.

            I am very upset with the fact that criminal charges I have asked to file with District Attorney's Criminal Complaint Unit are redirected by court personnel who will not let me give my statement to District Attorney's Private Criminal Complaint office but force me to falsely describe an unprovoked publicly witnessed aggravated assault upon me by Erick Brown DOB: 04/13/1978, 972 Anchor Street, Philadelphia Pa 19124, as a Domestic Relations matter.

            On June 8, 2010 approximately 7:45 P.M., my landlady knocked on my door and said somebody was outside with bats.  She said they were fighting my step daughter, Lorraine Grinage.  I went downstairs a few minutes after Roxanne Grinage went downstairs and saw my wife Roxanne Grinage standing at the front of my car her camera smashed on the ground.  When I came out of the gate and approached our car, Erick Brown, my former son in law walked up in my face and before I could ask him what he was doing he swung on me and hit me the first time.  When I turned my head he swung again and hit me a second time.  Having stitches in my stomach from hernia surgery last week, I was unable to fight back so I reached out and grabbed him around the waste and we both fell into my neighbor's truck.  At that point we were tussling.  Somehow we ended up on the ground, my head toward the back of the car.  My head hit the back of the car and he punched me several times in the side of my head trying to hit me in my face but I covered my face to protect my face.  One of the three men Erick Brown came with holding baseball bats came over at that time and said to Erick Brown, "Yo man, that's enough that's enough" and pulled Erick Brown off of me.  I heard at that time, my landlady shout "Why isn't anybody calling the cops" and then I heard my landlady on her cell phone calling the Police.

            Enclosed are four witness statements submitted to several officials starting the day of the attack through today.  Please let me know what I can do so that Erick Brown has to answer criminally for his attack on me June 8, 2010.
