Diane Kearney has at least two foster children that I know
about, two small twin boys/burn abuse victims. Diane Kearney and her daughter Saundra Sullivan, Saundra Sullivan's son and
Saundra Sullivan's sister and some of Saundra Sullivan's adult daughter, Laquita's friends are witnessed to be manhandling,
hitting and inflicting verbal violence on Ezekiel and Arriyel. Our evidence of the "get high" gatherings where
as many of 10 to 12 people sit in the presence of Diane Kearney's foster children and my grand children is made available
to USDOJ and has been ignored by Anne Marie Ambrose/DHS on October 8, 2009, October 14, 2009, December 13, 2010 (18 page
email and 35 minute DHS Child Abuse Hotline recorded conversation), December 18, 2009, and March 10, 2009 to present.
Also reported to you, Anne Marie Ambrose, for the fifth time is Erick Brown's
and Saundra Sullivan's abuse of my grand children, Lorraine Grinage's children. We have gathered witness statements
of their attack on our family 06/08/2010 because they were angry that Family Court Judge Dougherty granted a Rule To Show
Cause hearing that will consider the facts in this custody case for possible modification. Consideration of
the facts in this custody and child welfare matter are likely to result in Ezekiel and Arriyel being returned to the only
home they ever knew until Erick Brown decided to move in with a woman he met while illegally repairing cars on the street
and knew less than 30 days all because our family insisted he stop binging on alcohol and drugs.

Ambrose, DHS is notified officially here again that our film taken and our witnesses when we lawfully served Judge Dougherty's
Order June 8, 2010 show Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan were both high and that 8 adults were seen in the darkened house
(6:30 P.M.) in the same room with children. Approximately 45 minutes later, Saundra Sullivan and Erick Brown traveled
to our home with Ezekiel and Arriyel in the car and total of 6 adults with baseball bats including DHS foster mom Diane Kearny
and our witnesses statemenst now reveal what I was not positioned to see in my witness statement: Ezekiel and Arriyel were driven to a flash mob scene of violence and left alone in a vehicle where anything could
have happened to them in the riotous conditions that were going on around them because of Erick Brown Saundra Sullivan and
Diane Kearney's flash mob attack on our family, block, property and neighborhood.
Do not respond
with the usual "call dhs hotline". Your DHS hotline is shown to be ineffective for getting timely help when
the welfare of children is really at stake. I am just documenting that Anne Marie Ambrose has been shown yet another
report with evidence of Child Abuse that even DHS infamous records mis-management cannot claim to be unfounded.
We are sending by certified mail to District Attorney R. Seth Williams' Willie Brownson's sworn notarized statement insisting
on his right to press criminal charges and not domestic relations charges against Erick Brown. Erick Brown is behaving
like a rabid animal having no respect for any court's orders, custody, domestic relations, restraining orders etc.
Saundra Sullivan tried to hit Lorraine Grinage with her vehicle a few month's ago and Lorraine Grinage's request for a restraining
order against Saundra Sullivan was treated like a joke by our Family Court.
We will bring copies of all the proofs
to the June 17th custody modification hearing and try to get them mailed by certified mail tomorrow in time for Masters
and Support Unit to review, which show the history of what Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan have been able to get away with
defrauding Family Court, DHS, Child Support Enforcement, Orphans Court (Bigamy), Social Security Income (Welfare), and actually
bragging about beating on children, threatening to kill the kids when drunk one time, and a whole lot of other ignorance
that my grand children need to be rescued from.
In the meantime, Anne Marie Ambrose, perhaps you'll
consider looking into the conducts of your DHS foster contractor parents, namely Diane Kearney, who participate in flash

Fraud, Scams and Con Artistry and on June 8, 2010, attempted home invasion, flash mob, baseball bats and guns assault of Plaintiff
Lorraine Grinage’s landlords’ home; the aggravated assault beating of Plaintiff’s step father, Willie Brownson,
while he still had stitches in incision from hernia surgery less than a week before; assault of Roxanne Grinage – all

I want to press Criminal Assault Charges against Erick Brown for Aggravated Assault.
I am very upset with the fact that criminal charges I have asked to file with District Attorney’s Criminal Complaint
Unit are redirected by court personnel who will not let me give my statement to District Attorney’s Private Criminal
Complaint office but force me to falsely describe an unprovoked publicly witnessed aggravated assault upon me by Erick Brown
DOB: 04/13/1978, 972 Anchor Street, Philadelphia Pa 19124, as a Domestic Relations matter.
On June 8, 2010 approximately 7:45 P.M., my landlady knocked on my door and said somebody was outside with bats.She said they were fighting my step daughter, Lorraine Grinage.I went downstairs a few minutes
after Roxanne Grinage went downstairs and saw my wife Roxanne Grinage standing at the front of my car her camera smashed on
the ground.When I came out of the gate and approached our car, Erick Brown, my former son in law walked
up in my face and before I could ask him what he was doing he swung on me and hit me the first time.When
I turned my head he swung again and hit me a second time.Having stitches in my stomach from hernia surgery
last week, I was unable to fight back so I reached out and grabbed him around the waste and we both fell into my neighbor’s
truck.At that point we were tussling.Somehow we ended up on the ground, my head toward
the back of the car.My head hit the back of the car and he punched me several times in the side of my
head trying to hit me in my face but I covered my face to protect my face.One of the three men Erick Brown
came with holding baseball bats came over at that time and said to Erick Brown, “Yo man, that’s enough that’s
enough” and pulled Erick Brown off of me.I heard at that time, my landlady shout “Why isn’t
anybody calling the cops” and then I heard my landlady on her cell phone calling the Police.
Enclosed are four witness statements submitted to several officials starting the day of the attack through today.Please let me know what I can do so that Erick Brown has to answer criminally for his attack on me June 8, 2010.

2010 just after the attack. Because the guard at 34 S. 11th insisted my husband petition for domestic relations order
of protection next door, My husband is going to send his notarized statement to District Attorney Seth Williams demanding
his right to press criminal charges against Erick Brown per the District Attorney's private criminal complaint policies.

Ms. Ambrose, This documents that you are aware that a DHS foster
mother, Diane Kearney, has participated in a flash mob assault of my family
while endangering my grand children when they were brought into the middle of an attempted home invasion with baseball
bats by Erick Brown, Diane Kearney's daughter Saundra Sullivan and three adult men who attacked Lorraine Grinage,
Roxanne Grinage and who Erick Brown punched Willie Brownson 3 times and pushed to the ground causing Willie Brownson to
hit his head on our car less than one week after Ezekiel and Arriyel's grandfather had hernia surgery, on June 8,
2010 approximately 45 minutes after Lorraine Grinage served on Erick Brown at Saundra Sullivan's house Honorable Kevin
M. Dougherty's granted Order June 17th Rule To Show Cause.
Diane
Kearney has at least two foster children that I know about, two small twin boys/burn abuse victims. Diane Kearney and
her daughter Saundra Sullivan, Saundra Sullivan's son and Saundra Sullivan's sister and some of Saundra Sullivan's
adult daughter, Laquita's friends are witnessed to be manhandling, hitting and inflicting verbal violence on Ezekiel
and Arriyel. Our evidence of the "get high" gatherings where as many of 10 to 12 people sit in the presence
of Diane Kearney's foster children and my grand children is made available to USDOJ and has been ignored by Anne Marie
Ambrose/DHS on October 8, 2009, October 14, 2009, December 13, 2009 (18 page email and 35 minute DHS Child Abuse Hotline
recorded conversation), December 18, 2009, and March 10, 2010 to present.
Also reported to you,
Anne Marie Ambrose, for the fifth time is Erick Brown's and Saundra Sullivan's abuse of my grand children, Lorraine
Grinage's children. We have gathered witness statements of their attack on our family 06/08/2010 because they
were angry that Family Court Judge Dougherty granted a Rule To Show Cause hearing that will consider the facts in
this custody case for possible modification. Consideration of the facts
in this custody and child welfare matter are likely to result in Ezekiel and Arriyel being returned to the only home
they ever knew until Erick Brown decided to move in with a woman he met while illegally repairing cars on the street
and knew less than 30 days all because our family insisted he stop binging on alcohol and drugs.
Anne Marie Ambrose, DHS is notified officially here again that our film taken and our witnesses when we lawfully served
Judge Dougherty's Order June 8, 2010 show Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan were both high and that 8 adults were seen
in the darkened house (6:30 P.M.) in the same room with children. Approximately 45 minutes later, Saundra Sullivan
and Erick Brown traveled to our home with Ezekiel and Arriyel in the car and total of 6 adults with baseball bats
including DHS foster mom Diane Kearny and our witnesses statements now reveal what I was not positioned to see in my
witness statement: Ezekiel and Arriyel were driven to a flash mob scene
of violence and left alone in a vehicle where anything could have happened to them in the riotous conditions that were
going on around them because of Erick Brown Saundra Sullivan and Diane Kearney's flash mob attack on our family, block,
property and neighborhood.
Do not respond with the usual "call dhs hotline".
Your DHS hotline is shown to be ineffective for getting timely help when the welfare of children is really at stake.
I am just documenting that Anne Marie Ambrose has been shown yet another report with evidence of Child Abuse that
even DHS infamous records mis-management cannot claim to be unfounded.
We are sending
by certified mail to District Attorney R. Seth Williams' Willie Brownson's sworn notarized statement insisting on his
right to press criminal charges and not domestic relations charges against Erick Brown. Erick Brown is behaving
like a rabid animal having no respect for any court's orders, custody, domestic relations, restraining orders etc.
Saundra Sullivan tried to hit Lorraine Grinage with her vehicle a few months ago and Lorraine Grinage's request for a
restraining order against Saundra Sullivan was treated like a joke by our Family Court.
We will bring copies of all the proofs to the June 17th custody modification hearing and try to get them
mailed by certified mail tomorrow in time for Masters and Support Unit to review, which show the history of what Erick
Brown and Saundra Sullivan have been able to get away with defrauding Family Court, DHS, Child Support Enforcement, Orphans
Court (Bigamy), Social Security Income (Welfare), and actually bragging about beating on children, threatening to
kill the kids when drunk one time, and a whole lot of other ignorance that my grand children need to be rescued from.
In the meantime, Anne Marie Ambrose, perhaps you'll
consider looking into the conducts of your DHS foster contractor parents, namely Diane Kearney, who participate in

My husband is hurt and disgusted. Why is the corruption in this City so bad that Saundra Sullivan and
Erick Brown can respond to lawful service of Judge Dougherty's Rule To Show Cause Hearing by showing up at our

to leverage accountability on Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan and her mother Diane Kearney who use fear intimidation
and now attempted home invasion and assault to brazenly break laws with no fear of any consequences whatsoever.

We served Philadelphia Family Court
Administrative Judge Honorable Kevin Dougherty’s Rule To Show Cause Order and filmed our serving it
so that we could prove we acted lawfully at approximately 6:30 P.M. at Saundra Sullivan’s home on 972 Anchor
Street, Philadelphia Pa 19124. The children Ezekiel and Arriyel climbed up on the sofa behind a bay window
and we saw Ezekiel and Arriyel for the first time since March 8, 2010.
On June 8, 2010 approximately 7:30 P.M. Roxanne Grinage Willie
Brownson’s landlords had company who yelled out that someone was trying to kick in the front door. Erick
Brown Saundra Sullivan her mother Diane Kearney and three adult men we never saw before were hitting the front
door of our residence where we rent the second floor 3 bedroom apartment and our landlords and their company
began screaming that someone was trying to run up in the house with baseball bats. My landlady called the
police and Erick Brown’s gang of six still holding the bats went across the street and began shouting
“We want Roxanne and Lorraine, send them out here.” Lorraine was already outside with some friends/also
witnesses who forced Lorraine in a car saying she did not want to do anything that would ruin her Court Ordered
June 17th chances for getting her children away from Saundra Sullivan and Erick Brown. Roxanne Grinage ran downstairs with camera in hand and stood in front of our house and car to film Erick
Brown Saundra Sullivan and Diane Kearney and 3 unknown men holding baseball bats and Saundra Sullivan and her
mother Diane Kearney ran up to Roxanne hit my arm causing the camera to fall on the ground break apart and
slide under our car. As soon as the camera was smacked to the ground, Erick Brown ran
from the Gang of 3 men standing across the street all with baseball bats and ploughed into Ezekiel and Arriyel’s
grandfather Willie Brownson a 54 year old man who had umbilical hernia surgery last Wednesday and whose stitches
are scheduled to be taken out tomorrow at Aria Torresdale.
More than Fifty neighbors witnessed Erick Brown beating Willie Brownson and
the three men raising their bats each time I tried to move past Saundra Sullivan and Diane Kearney who stood in
front of me motioning with their fists saying “Bring it Bring it” and Saundra Sullivan saying that

and ordered that all it takes is for someone to file petition of contempt and for Judge Matthews to hear and decide that Roxanne
Grinage is in contempt and terrorist jail sentence will be enacted.Judge Matthews has demonstrated decisive
personal vendetta against Roxanne Grinage and is shown to have destroyed lawful filings and evidence of Roxanne Grinage and
Lorraine Grinage on 12/14/2009; 12/18/2009; 02/23/2010; 03/02/2010 and has issued warrants for the arrest of Roxanne Grinage
when there was no just cause starting October 16, 2010.The jail sentence of Judge Matthews hanging over
Roxanne Grinage is a terrorist act intended to block rescue of Judge Matthews ordered abused Ezekiel and Arriyel Brown from

Saundra Sullivan outside the house drunk, or buying alcohol and drugs while the children are in the vehicle sometimes without
car seats and Saundra Sullivan is heard on one audio file telling the kids “I’m not gonna whup your ass…I’m
going to tell your daddy to whup your ass.”The abuse of Ezekiel and Arriyel Brown is prolonged by
Judge Robert J. Matthews personal vendetta at the home of Saundra Sullivan and Erick Brown, 972 Anchor Street, Philadelphia,

fraud of several Recovery.gov Stimulus funded agencies, terrorism, reckless child endangerment for financial gain, etc.),
abused their Philadelphia Family Court positions and their access to forms of Supervisor Judge Margaret T. Murphy to make
fraudulent Immediate General Protective Report (IMMD GPS), which abused deployment of Philadelphia Department of Human Services
and Police.
2. After calls were made by the IMMD responding task force to supervisors of supervisors
and legal departments and superiors on October 8, 2009, it was determined that the alleged order of Family Court Supervisor
Judge Margaret T. Murphy was not an order at all and was in fact an anonymous complaint dropped onto the desk of the IMMD
DHS office by someone who had access to the forms. Had it not been for the exemplary work ethic of the IMMD social worker
and the Police Sergeant that accompanied her, Federal Official Corruption Plaintiff, Roxanne Grinage's grandchildren would
have been recklessly endangered and suffered further assault and injury inflicted by the proven corrupt family court and law
enforcement positioned defendants captioned in 09-cv-04119-MSG.
3. Due to the exemplary work
ethic of DHS social worker (Jacinta Garrison) and Philadelphia Police Sergeant which headed the emergency IMMD GPS task force
which accompanied DHS responding social worker; Roxanne's family was spared further injury inflicted by the Criminal Intent,
Fraud, Terrorism and Forced Commercial transactions of the proven officially corrupt Philadelphia Family Court defendants
within 09-cv-04119-MSG.
Ethical and competent DHS social worker and Philadelphia Police Sergeant
took the time on October 8, 2009 to read to me that DHS received an order that a hearing took place supposedly presided over
by Family Court Supervisor Judge, Margaret T. Murphy wherein it was purportedly decided children were determined to be in
danger "because grandmother has history of mental problems". See Roxanne's exposure of Philadelphia Family Court
and attorney Corruption US District Eastern Pennsylvania Federal Official Corruption, Stimulus Fraud and Child Endangerment
Federal case.
4. The IMMD GPS responding social worker and Philadelphia Police sergeant were
ethical, professional and performed thorough examination and took copies for DHS' records, the 47 pages July 20, 2009, Custody
Complaint filed by protective grandparent Roxanne Grinage, with proof exhibits A through H. Exhibit B page, 07/09/07 email
from Patricik.J.Mullen@phila.gov to Joseph.E.Kuna@phila.gov and page 7, my 07/07/07 child at risk emergency plea for assistance

5. The 10/8/2009 IMMD responding task force social worker took the 47 pages of proofs in 7/20/09 Roxanne's
custody complaint filed 7/20/09 which were proven censored/destroyed by corrupt Family Court custody master, Fern Brown Caplan
which included letters to Supreme Court Justices, Antonin Scalia and Stephen Breyer, detailing the breaches of due process,
service, discovery and disclosure starting July 21, 2009 and occurring daily until Fern Brown Caplan presided at August 14,
2009 rule to show cause hearing, and resulting in Criminal Official Corruption financially incented 8-17-2009 custody order
signed by Lisette Shirdan-Harris.
On September 8, 2009, Roxanne Grinage was told that DHS
would perform investigation of Roxanne Grinage's home and that Roxanne Grinage should expect to attend another court date.
Emphasized here is that is exactly what Roxanne Grinage has been begging corrupt financially incented Family Court official
corruption defendants, Fern Brown Caplan, Timothy E. Possenti and Lisette Shirdan Harris for since the proven criminal 8-17-09
order which criminally intended federal case defendants absolutely refused to correct by issuing ethical orders which do not
endanger Roxanne's grandchildren for profit while defrauding taxpayer/stimulus funding.
This
puts Department of Human Services, Arthur Evans, Joseph Kuna and particularly Francis Beatrice on notice that they had better
make sure the visiting social worker is equipped with the truthful and accurate background of this case including the documented
prior victimizations suffered by the Grinage/Brown family inflicted by systematic DHS social worker malpractice, neglect and
incompetence. No American family should have to repeatedly suffer victimization after victimization because one or a combination
of administrative processes (DHS and Family Court) can't or won't take responsibility for the integrity of records management.
This Philadelphia Budget Crises and Epidemic
Any social worker claiming to have authority
to investigate us will have to show Roxanne Grinage identification, give first and last name, including title so that eventual
individual and professional accountability can be leveraged for reasonably expected mis-administration and confusion which
would inflict injury upon Roxanne Grinage's family and finances.
It is not "mental problems"
when a multiple victim of civil rights violations, forced to watch their futures consumed by fat cat, engorged unaccountable
Montgomery and Delaware County commercial litigation attorneys picking up a few extra bucks as custody and support masters
in Philadelphia Family Court, get away with time and time again taking advantage of the administrative challenges and limitations
of Philadelphia's Department of Human Services records management and chronically poor work ethic.
Any social worker sent to scrutinize Roxanne Grinage after October 8, 2009, (and Roxanne Grinage is suggesting this
as an administrative solution tool for all corrupt family court CPS DHS victims), will be given a written checklist form noting
exactly what that social worker is aware of and has been shown or offered proofs of. If the social worker refuses to take
the Acknowledgement, it will be published with the social worker's name and the social worker's supervisor's name for the
world to see that DHS alludes responsibility and is likely culpable in the premeditation of systematically kidnapping loved
wanted children for the Contract Service Provider list of Adoption Agencies. Profit. Human Trafficking. Federal Capital Crimes,
not exempted by 1983 Civil Rights Act because there is no "judicial capacity" which justifies selling people for
money, slavery.
The visiting investigating social worker that comes to Roxanne Grinage's home
after October 8, 2009, is required to behave as though he/she has all information provided to date available to him/her which
would give the Philadelphia DHS social worker clear, accurate overview for making qualified decisions and recommendations
at whatever court hearings are scheduled thereafter.
If the DHS social worker visiting Roxanne
Grinage after October 8, 2009, acts as though they don't have a clue what is going on or the social workers appears to have
the same agenda as Roxanne's Federal Case Official Corruption Family Court attorneys, DHS loses its functionality for making
qualified recommendations to Family Court.
Roxanne Grinage reserves Constitutional Rights, Bill
of Rights and Civil Rights within and throughout any purported jurisdictions including and especially those processes and
agencies which can be shown to have U.S. economy, Stimulus funding, financial incentive in conflict of moral and professional
demeanor.
6. Michael Untermeyer, Candidate Philadelphia District Attorney and as Special Counsel
to Philadelphia Office of Inspector General is cc'd because of my appreciation for his advertised commitment to cleaning up
corruption in Philadelphia's City Hall. Under no circumstances are any of the federal official corruption defendants to be
involved or have any say in custody matters concerning Roxanne Grinage's family as there are voluminous proofs of their civil
rights crimes and forced commercial transaction against Roxanne Grinage's family and their criminal intent to go to any length
for financial incentive.
7. Office of OIG has ignored prior notices and proofs of this Official

8. DHS and our Family Courts must hold accountable
those court-positioned criminals bearing titles of esquire and judge for using "history of mental problems" to deploy
taxpayer paid for services. On October 8, 2009, the ethical social worker and Philadelphia Police Sergeant, looked at the
Family Court attorney, Timothy E. Possenti's positive drug test for his client and my son-in-law, and learned of Timothy E.
Possenti's letter to Corrupt Custody Master, Fern Brown Caplan, suggesting that children be recklessly endangered with addiction
impaired father for six months awaiting Fern Brown Caplan's pushed back court date used to destroy 47 pages of grandparent's
evidence and mother's petition to modify including order of protection, and 5 years proof that children have always lived
with grandparents and five years proof of Timothy E. Possenti's client, Roxanne's son-in-law, having threatened his family
with a shot gun; having had frequent drug and alcohol relapses that result in his family (his children) being threatened with
home invasion, kidnapping and death because of money he owes drug dealers.
9. Philadelphia
Department of Human Services must figure out a way to compile records information so that one social worker cannot make comments
to another social worker which are untrue, but get entered into note taking databases as fact.

Even though what really happened with Roxanne Grinage's requested help and DHS' timely response in 2007, is well documented
in below partial pasted 7/20/2009 Custody Complaint Exhibit B. DR No. 0C070512, Timothy E. Possenti, Esquire was able to produce
for Fern Brown Caplan an incompetent, unqualified to comment on anything about our family, CHOP Social Worker Patricia Lee,
LSW, who testified and entered "Patricia Lee Progress Notes, Wed Aug 1, 2007 11:20 AM", at multiple civil rights
violations riddled August 14, 2009 Rule to Show Cause hearing, that "Telephone contact with DHS Worker, Aminata Simbo
(215) 683-6735 as follow up to initial contact with DHS. Family is no longer in Philadelphia and DHS is closing their case.
Ms. Aminata Simbo shared with me also that maternal grandmother contacted her yesterday and completely retracted her initial

11. Fern Brown Caplan's conspiracy with Timothy E. Possenti to extort money from Roxanne Grinage's addiction
impaired son-in-law, willfully recklessly endanger Roxanne's grandchildren and defraud several Stimulus Funded Recovery.gov
Agencies utilized the false, unqualified statements of DHS worker, Aminata Simbo to CHOP social worker, Patricia Lee, to inflict

Timothy E. Possenti is not telling his client, Roxanne's son-in-law that the
kids will not be brought to him by IMMD tactical enforcement or police because of ethical DHS workers and police who have
