"If our investigation cannot determine that there is substantial evidence of the alleged abuse and your family does not
need or want services from the Department of Human Services, the Child Protective Services Law requires that all information
regarding this report be maintained for a period of one year the date of the report was received. After that time the
material will be destroyed in no more than 120 days. If your family does want services from our Department or was receiving
services prior to the receipt of this report and will continue to, all the material gathered during the investigation will
remain in your file but will be clearly marked as "unfounded." This material will be destroyed in no more
than 120 days after the year anniversary of the closing of your case."
The 04/06/10 suspected abuse was ruled out by Temple University
Hospital on 4/12/2010. HireLyrics is in possession of medical records 04/06/10 through 04/12/10 where Doctor
writes "all areas healing will notify DHS that follow up visit complete." Deaysia is being poddy trained,
had a poopy accident in her sleep; her mother gave her a shower but the shower head concentrated too much heat
around Desiree's daughter's bottom. Doctor's notes indicate child complained "bottom hurt" after shower and
Deaysia's parents did what the medical records say they have been doing for the lifetime of Desiree; cared for
her properly by taking her to Temple University Hospital. Medical records also show Desiree Daniels signing
23 times for Childhood Immunization Consent and routine check ups and treatment for common cold congestion and
ear aches during Deaysia's 3 year life when her parents cared for her consistently lovingly and responsibly.
Please state
exactly what the objective of Lucretia McMillian and Lakeisha Kenyetha's 90 day investigation of the home is.
What exactly is DHS trying to discover now? The alleged child abuse is confirmed unfounded by a qualified
medical professional, Temple University Hospital. What is DHS imposing 90 day investigation now for?

Ambrose is advised that all DHS employees visiting the home of Thomas-Daniels family will be video and audio recorded
including DHS worker vehicles license plates and any DHS worker identifying information including photo I.D. that
DHS workers will be asked to show before interrogating anyone in the house. DHS workers will be filmed as
they tour the house so there is no confusion or false statement made about what the DHS worker observed and what
the witnesses of the home visit observed. If DHS workers have any problems with Thomas-Daniels Family home which
is owned by Thomas-Daniels Family, DHS workers should look into what CPS funded services can be provided to pay
costs of home improvements before snatching Deayshia Thomas-Daniels for the financial gain of DHS contractor providers.
All
documents left by any DHS worker will be scanned marked for errors and procedural violations and posted to U.S.
Citizens Public Docket Database.
Visiting DHS workers arriving unannounced and unscheduled will have their vehicles and license
plates numbers filmed by Thomas-Daniels family neighbors and friends.
DHS' Abuse Allegation Form left with Thomas-Daniels is actually
an undated form letter on old letterhead indicating expired DHS executives, signed by Lakeisha Kenyetha with handwritten
"TO THE ATTENTION OF LAKEISHA KENYETHA." Desiree Daniels reported to Roxanne Grinage yesterday that Lakeisha
Kenyetha telephoned Desiree Daniels and stated, "We're not trying to take your child. We are trying to keep
your child safe. If you really wanted your child to be safe you would let us keep your child safe for you."
Thomas-Daniels Family has more proof of competency in keeping Deaysia Thomas-Daniels safe than does DHS workers
who are challenged to put names and dates on out-dated form letters.
Please state in writing exactly what "services"
Lucretia McMillian and Lakeisha Kenyetha are going to be providing for 90 days while DHS "investigates"
the home of Thomas-Daniels family.
Thomas-Daniels family has been advised to not sign anything presented by any DHS employee unless
Thomas-Daniels choice of Legal Administrative Assistant Service can look it over and forward to qualified attorneys
for approval. Any signatures of Desiree Daniels or Frank Thomas obtained by a DHS worker produced after 04/07/10
are forged, false or given under duress.
Thomas-Daniels family has been advised not to give any DHS worker Thomas Daniels
family member identity documents including birth certificates, social security cards, income statements as Thomas-Daniels
family has not entered into any contractual agreements with DHS as an agency or any individual social worker and
DHS or any DHS social worker has not sworn any contractual accountability to Thomas-Daniels Family.
DHS workers are
