COMES NOW, Plaintiff Pro Se, a Federal Crime Victim Witness Plaintiff, and submits the following to This Court:

1.                  Please change my address in docket summary and all U.S.D.C. records about 2:10-cv-00179-MSG to Lorraine Grinage, c/o HireLyrics Administrative Services, PO Box 22225, Philadelphia, Pa 19136.

2.                  This filing is Lorraine Grinage’s Compliance with Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg’s Order of May 10, 2010 which requires Lorraine Grinage to provide “updated” address for Saundra Sullivan because U.S. Marshal Deputy was lied to when Deputy was told Saundra Sullivan no longer resides at 972 Anchor Street, Philadelphia, Pa 19124.

3.                  Please do not enter this as an amended complaint.  This is not an amended complaint and Plaintiff Pro Se Lorraine Grinage reserves right in accordance with Clerk’s Office Procedural Handbook Page 17 Paragraph F, “A party may amend its pleading once as a matter of course within: (A) 21 days after serving it, or (B) if the pleading is one to which a responsive pleading is required, 21 days after service of a responsive pleading or 21 days after serve of a motion under Rule 12(b), (e) or (f), whichever is earlier.”

4.                  Plaintiff plans to file amended complaint within twenty-one (21) days after Saundra Sullivan is served with Lorraine Grinage’s January 14, 2010 Complaint Ordered by Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg served on Defendant Saundra Sullivan January 19, 2010 and delayed due to Clerk’s error in the preparation of case caption which erroneously led U.S. Marshal Service to think there were multiple defendants instead of multiple felony charges against one Defendant, Saundra Sullivan.  Court’s errors were not corrected until May 4, 2010 and service was not attempted by U.S. Marshal until May 21, 2010 and again on June 3, 2010 when U.S. Marshal Deputy was lied to by long-term Child beater, SSI Fraud Bigamist Defendant Saundra Sullivan who resides at 972 Anchor Street, Philadelphia, Pa 19124.  Please do not file this as an amended complaint.  Please file this as Plaintiff’s compliance with Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg’s Order of May 10, 2010 entered May 11, 2010.

5.                  Plaintiff’s intended amended complaint will be filed with This Court within 21 days after Saundra Sullivan is served and will comprehensively prove Saundra Sullivan Erick Brown and Saundra Sullivan’s mother Diane Kearney have inflicted Child Abuse Child Maltreatment Injuries upon Lorraine Grinage’s children Ezekiel and Arriyel while in the commission of Perjury, Bigamy, Social Security Income Welfare Fraud, Internal Revenue Service Fraud, Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement Fraud, Adoption Fraud, Auto and Equipment Theft, Insurance Fraud, Scams and Con Artistry and on June 8, 2010, attempted home invasion, flash mob, baseball bats and guns assault of Plaintiff Lorraine Grinage’s landlords’ home; the aggravated assault beating of Plaintiff’s step father, Willie Brownson, while he still had stitches in incision from hernia surgery less than a week before; assault of Roxanne Grinage – all while transporting and leaving Lorraine Grinage’s children witnessed by over 50 neighbors unattended in Saundra Sullivan white bronco vehicle in the middle of the riotous situation started by Saundra Sullivan, Erick Brown and Diane Kearney and 3 unidentified men with baseball bats that when approached by three young men who asked them to leave our block, grabbed their belts and said, “we got burners.”  This is not an amended complaint.

Dear Mr. Williams:     

            I want to press Criminal Assault Charges against Erick Brown for Aggravated Assault.

            I am very upset with the fact that criminal charges I have asked to file with District Attorney’s Criminal Complaint Unit are redirected by court personnel who will not let me give my statement to District Attorney’s Private Criminal Complaint office but force me to falsely describe an unprovoked publicly witnessed aggravated assault upon me by Erick Brown DOB: 04/13/1978, 972 Anchor Street, Philadelphia Pa 19124, as a Domestic Relations matter.

            On June 8, 2010 approximately 7:45 P.M., my landlady knocked on my door and said somebody was outside with bats.  She said they were fighting my step daughter, Lorraine Grinage.  I went downstairs a few minutes after Roxanne Grinage went downstairs and saw my wife Roxanne Grinage standing at the front of my car her camera smashed on the ground.  When I came out of the gate and approached our car, Erick Brown, my former son in law walked up in my face and before I could ask him what he was doing he swung on me and hit me the first time.  When I turned my head he swung again and hit me a second time.  Having stitches in my stomach from hernia surgery last week, I was unable to fight back so I reached out and grabbed him around the waste and we both fell into my neighbor’s truck.  At that point we were tussling.  Somehow we ended up on the ground, my head toward the back of the car.  My head hit the back of the car and he punched me several times in the side of my head trying to hit me in my face but I covered my face to protect my face.  One of the three men Erick Brown came with holding baseball bats came over at that time and said to Erick Brown, “Yo man, that’s enough that’s enough” and pulled Erick Brown off of me.  I heard at that time, my landlady shout “Why isn’t anybody calling the cops” and then I heard my landlady on her cell phone calling the Police.

            Enclosed are four witness statements submitted to several officials starting the day of the attack through today.  Please let me know what I can do so that Erick Brown has to answer criminally for his attack on me June 8, 2010.

Brown on November 17, 2009, destroying by ignoring protector mother’s and grandmother’s lawful filings with Clerk of Court Mark Alleva, CCP Family Division Philadelphia County and exhibiting unlawful, unethical decisive prejudice in favor of absent defense counsel Timothy E. Matthews grandstanded for a U.S. Marshal who brought Roxanne Grinage before Judge Matthews declaring “order to remove contempt of court charges and expedite release of Lorraine Grinage from CFCF – Sheriff will call the prison and expedite release of Lorraine Grinage” at Noon on 3/9/2010 and Roxanne Grinage confirmed with CFCF prison guard Officers Gordon and Willis at 5:00 A.M. and Noon 3/10/2009 next day, 30 hours after Judge Robert J. Matthews lied in open court, US Marshal and Sheriff that CFCF Corrections Officers received were actually given instructions from Judge Robert J. Matthews to “hold indefinitely”. 

Judge Robert J. Matthews abuses Philadelphia Sheriff employees, Court of Common Pleas Family Court employees and now has even abused U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force Unit Philadelphia, United States Eastern District to indulge his prejudicial (mentally ill) personal vendettas to Illegally imprison protector parents; prolong illegal imprisonment of family preservationists and prolong aggravated assaults and psychological injuries against children.

Judge Robert J. Matthews told Roxanne Grinage in open Court in front of Sheriff and US Marshal and Court Recorder witnesses that he is aware of and doesn’t have any problem with crimes of due process extortion and fraud shown to the Court of Common Pleas to have occurred in Family Division No. 0C0705124, i.e., proven bigamy Fraud of Philadelphia Orphans Court, Fraud of Philadelphia Child Support Enforcement, Fraud of Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office; Fraud of Social Security Administration Disability, Fraud of Philadelphia Family Court, Aggravated Assaults upon minors in the commission of Racketeering; Obstruction of Education and Health care, Fraud of Mayor of Norwood, George F. McCloskey East Lansdowne Pennsylvania; extortion of Timothy E. Possenti, Esquire of his client Erick L. Brown to bribe Custody Master Fern Brown Caplan, Esquire and Delaware County Custody Evaluator V. Richard Roeder, PhD to ignore positive for cocaine and crack cocaine and speed drug tests of Erick L. Brown having written letters back and forth and forged documents recorded with 10/16/2009 Amended Complaint in U.S.D.C. Eastern Pennsylvania 209-cv-04119-MSG by and between Timothy E. Possenti and Fern Brown Caplan and Judge Robert J. Matthews detailing the conspiracy to kidnap for profit of DHS contractors Ezekiel and Arriyel Brown. 

On March 9, 2010, Judge Matthews sentenced Roxanne Grinage to thirty days in county jail and ordered that all it takes is for someone to file petition of contempt and for Judge Matthews to hear and decide that Roxanne Grinage is in contempt and terrorist jail sentence will be enacted.  Judge Matthews has demonstrated decisive personal vendetta against Roxanne Grinage and is shown to have destroyed lawful filings and evidence of Roxanne Grinage and Lorraine Grinage on 12/14/2009; 12/18/2009; 02/23/2010; 03/02/2010 and has issued warrants for the arrest of Roxanne Grinage when there was no just cause starting October 16, 2010.  The jail sentence of Judge Matthews hanging over Roxanne Grinage is a terrorist act intended to block rescue of Judge Matthews ordered abused Ezekiel and Arriyel Brown from the hellish existence they are recorded by Child Psychologist Expert Witness Report begging to never go back to “Daddy’s Saundra’s House.” 

Lorraine Grinage’s children are being abused by Saundra O. Sullivan, Saundra Sullivan’s thirteen year old son, Saundra Sullivan’s mother Diane Kearney and there is a lot of traffic of the adult daughter, Laquita Sullivan coming and going that have access to Ezekiel and Arriyel consistent with Ezekiel telling his mother, his grandmother, capture video and telling a Child Psychologist about being scared of a “man under the covers” and “he whupped my ass” and Ezekiel demonstrates that Arriyel is beat by Duke, Saundra’s son about the legs and hit hard on the back; and we have cell phone pics and some audio of friends in the community showing Erick L. Brown and Saundra Sullivan outside the house drunk, or buying alcohol and drugs while the children are in the vehicle sometimes without car seats and Saundra Sullivan is heard on one audio file telling the kids “I’m not gonna whup your ass…I’m going to tell your daddy to whup your ass.”  The abuse of Ezekiel and Arriyel Brown is prolonged by Judge Robert J. Matthews personal vendetta at the home of Saundra Sullivan and Erick Brown, 972 Anchor Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19124.

Judge Robert J. Matthews decisions and conducts are directly adverse to the interests of children, families, businesses and quality of life for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, middle class and working poor and entrepreneurial families.

On March 8, 2010, a U.S. Marshal was talking to Ezekiel’s grandfather while U.S. Marshals assisted Judge Robert Matthews’ order to arrest Roxanne Grinage who had attempted to rescue Ezekiel and Arriyel from Saundra O. Sullivan’s dangerous/abusive household and Ezekiel told his grandfather as he was being led by a U.S. Marshal back to Erick L. Brown and Saundra Sullivan who were standing in the street outside, “Pop Pop, I no want to go back to my Daddy house.”  Pop Pop told the U.S. Marshal, “Now you see, when a 3 year old says something like that about his father, you know something is wrong.”  The U.S. Marshal said “You’re right – but you can’t fight a state judge in his own jurisdiction.”
