I spoke to Randy today, he is doing pretty well, and of course
it was hard to see him in that orange jumpsuit and haggard. The first thing he told me was that he could get mail. He told
me about others in there that he wanted to help, nothing about himself that is so much like my husband. I am asking
that you please please send him a card or letter just saying anything you wish, please be positive, even if he doesn't get
them all it is good for those holding him to know that he is not forgotten. People that are forgotten seem to suffer even
more. He is being held on the charge of transporting illegal immigrants across a state line is my understanding,
4 charges were dropped. He is trying to represent himself but they will give him no law access or internet to prepare.
Please pray for him, for strength to fight, courage to stand, wisdom to succeed, and to be able to grow even stronger. Thx

We are writing a letter to all 50 Governors. We will post

The
following is a sample of the letter I will be sending, feel free to use it, make it your own or just write your own. (If

Even
though the holiday season is a time of celebration and hope, there are many families that find this is more of a season
to grieve. These families, including my own, have been victims of the all powerful Social Services.
I,
Randy Kluge, am both a child advocate and victim of Social Services.
I
have found through my own experience and through support groups and social media connections that I am far from the only
one. The sad truth is that the Social Services programs that were suppose to protect children are failing.
This
problem does not exist solely in your state but all over the United States and we are calling on all of the Governors to
take a stand and support families.
Social Services affect a huge part of
the budget needlessly, each state also receives monies from the federal government that are being wasted on unnecessary
interventions, removals and court costs.
This system needs a complete overhaul.
Just the simple fact that children are placed in foster care away from their families and are abused and sometimes killed
should be an incentive to look anew at this system. Please review the following:

Foster Care vs. Family Preservation: The Track Record on Safety and Well-being
At the heart of the criticism of family preservation is one
overriding assumption: If you remove a child from the home, the child will be safe. If you leave a child at home the child
is at risk. In fact, there is risk in either direction, but real family preservation programs have a better record for safety
than foster care. And even when families don’t get special help, two huge studies have found that children left
in their own homes typically do better than comparably-maltreated children placed in foster care. Please click on this

Our
children are our most precious gift and should be treasured. There are ways to do that; the following is a small sample.

DOING CHILD WELFARE RIGHT Successful alternatives to taking children from their families
•
Doing nothing. There are, in fact, cases in which the investigated family is entirely innocent and perfectly capable of
taking good care of their children without any “help” from a child welfare agency. In such cases, the best
thing the child protective services worker can do is apologize, shut the door, and go away.
•
Changing financial incentives. This change spurs both government and private child welfare agencies to come up with all
sorts of innovations.
• Due process of law. Even the best programs are no substitute
for due process. That means court hearings in child welfare cases should be open. But that also means it’s urgent
for accused parents to have meaningful legal representation from well-trained attorneys with low ca-se loads and solid
support staff. It’s not a matter of get-ting “bad” parents off, it’s a matter of challenging case
records that often are rife with error, countering cookie-cutter “service plans” that provide no services and
ensuring that families get the help they need.
• Intensive Family Preservation
Services (IFPS) pro-grams. The first such program, Home builders, in Washington State, was established in the mid-1970s.
The very term “family preservation” was invented specifically to apply to this type of program, which has a
better track record for safety than foster care. The basics concerning how these programs work – and what must be
included for a program to be a real “family preservation” program
•
Basic, concrete help. Sometimes it may take some-thing as simple as a rent subsidy, or a place in a day care center (to
avoid a “lack of supervision” charge) to keep a family together. Indeed, the federal Department of Housing
and Urban Development has a Family Unification Program, in which Section 8 vouchers are reserved for families where housing
is the issue keeping a family apart or threatening its breakup. Localities must apply for these subsidies. By doing so,
they effectively acknowledge what they typically deny: that they do, in fact, tear apart families due to lack of housing.
•
Accountability for all Social- Workers, Judges, Attorneys, Police Officers, and Elected or Appointed Officials that work
with children. Legal redress for families that are victims of the above mentioned. That all basic constitutional and state
laws must be obeyed and protected for all families.

damage. The assumption is “well, at least they’re not being brutally beaten and tortured by their parents.”
But, of course, few parents who lose children to foster care brutally beat and torture their children. And it is often the
emotional harm of foster care that leaves the deepest scars; the ones that never heal. A study released in 2005, based
on a random sample of 659 case records and interviews with 479 foster-care survivors, documented the rotten outcomes. When
compared to adults of the same age and ethnic background who did not endure foster care: Only 20 percent of the alumni could
be said to be “doing well.” Thus, foster care failed for 80 percent. They have double the rate of mental illness.
Their rate of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder was double the
rate for Iraq War veterans. The former foster children were three times more likely to be living in poverty – and
Fifteen times less likely to have finished college.

Opponents
of family preservation have a lot of great applause lines. They are for "child protection," they say. They are
for "children's rights," they say. They are for "putting children first instead of families first,"
they say. But in the name of "child protection" children have been beaten. In the name of "children's rights"
children have been raped. And in the name of "erring on the side of the child," children have been murdered.
I
respectfully ask you to look at your state, look at the systems in place, look not solely at the statistics, which in themselves
are staggering, but look at the individuals behind the numbers. Look at the children and the families, which have been
destroyed, often on lies. Look at the civil and constitutional rights of Americans that are being trampled on. Look at how
you as the head of this state and ultimate authority are in a position to prevent these abuses taking place. You could
be responsible, you could leave a legacy of a Governor who saw the issues and decided to stand on the side of truly protecting
the children. If you decide to turn a blind eye to the suffering of children and families then you in turn are responsible
for these abuses and deaths do to the incompetence of Social Services and the Juvenile and Family Courts.

This
issue is of major concern to me as well as many of others, this is a major election issue and your response will in turn

How are things going with you? I called the state attorney's office today.
And told him, that I didn't understand why I couldn't file a complaint an theft without it being a civil matter on my behalf.
Told him, just because it pertains to an attorney, why does it make it a civil matter. And was upset as being told I can't
address a theft complaint with the police department, because of it. Or because I sent her the money it makes it a civil
matter. Will, he came back and told me, they have to address my complaint for theft. And not to let them say different.
And for me to tell them to forward my theft complaint over to him. So I, told him. I was going to call the police department
and tell them what he told me. So I called the police department out of Tampa and asked to speak to someone from the fraud
department. And guess what, the person told me for me to addressing a letter to her and ask her for my money back within
a few days. And if I don't hear from her to let him know. Will, I'm thinking I did address a letter to the Florida Bar as
to my money pertaining to my attorney as addressing theft charges against her. And the Florida Bar forward that claim to
the Tampa area as to them addressing an attorney misconduct and as to me addressing theft charges against her.

Think
you for taking the timeout today, as to call me about my complaint to you.
As
to our conversation today, I’m addressing a letter to you, as you had requested that I do about Sarah H. Dennis. As
you know, Sarah has abandoned me as being my attorney. It has also been several months, since I have not heard from her or
have received a call. And now for almost two years, as waiting to address the court by Sarah H. Dennis as addressing the Brief
Complaint Summary for court. As you know, I did not want to file a complaint against her. But as you can see, I had no choice.
I’m filing an attorney misconduct
claim against Sarah H. Dennis and along with theft charges as Sarah taking money from me in the amount rendered of $8,000.00
dollars, back on February 2010. As claiming, was going to help me address a fraud complaint summary for court. For fraud,
theft, false claims, perjury, misleading evidence, withholding evidence, committing attorney and judicial misconduct, forgery,
intrinsic fraud, and addressing a fraud upon the court claim.
As you know, I had also filed with the Florida Bar, a complaint against
those involved in the case that Sarah was addressing on my behalf. As she had also noted, they had committed fraud against
me too. The number under that claim is 10-4175, as pertaining to Elliott Lucas, Laura Mackle and the judge Media Shore. Who,
at that time was committing fraud upon the court against me, during that time back in 2007?
As "Fraud upon the court should...embrace only that species of fraud which does or attempts
to, subvert the integrity of the court itself, or is a fraud perpetrated by the officers of the court, so that the judicial
machinery cannot perform in the usual manner its impartial task of adjudging cases that are presented for adjudication, as
should relief as should be denied in the absence of such conduct".
"While an attorney should represent
his client with singular loyalty, that loyalty obviously does not demand that he act dishonestly or fraudulently: On the contrary,
his loyalty to the court, as an officer thereof, demands integrity and honest dealing with the court. And when he departs
from that standard in conduct of a case, he perpetrates “fraud upon the court." As Fraud within the Court, makes
“Void”.
In support of the foregoing proposition, the court cites to cases which lead to distinguish
intrinsic fraud from extrinsic fraud. Compare U.S. v. Throckmorton, 98 U.S. 61, 25 L. Ed 93 (1878), with Hazel-Atlas Glass
Co. v. Hartford Empire Co., 64 S. Ct. 997 (1944). In the later case of Hazel-Atlas, like in Mr. Weekly’s case, fraud
was of an "Extrinsic nature", tantamount to fraud upon the court which corrupted the very integrity of the judicial
machinery, and as such is actionable before the trial court.
A cause of action for fraud on the court may be
brought at any time, and any order, judgment or decree, obtained by fraud upon the court may be recalled and set aside at
any time, whether entered in a civil or criminal case. See, State v. Booker, 314 So. 2d 136 (Fla.1975) Burton stands for the
proposition that an order produced by fraud upon the court, including an order denying a motion for post conviction relief,
may be set aside at any time. See, Booker v. State, 503 So., 2d 888 (Fla.1987).
As I, have evidence to show they have committed those acts and to show the theft they have done against
me, too.
Thank you for addressing this claim, as I hope we can
resolve this claim too.
